With 32 levels of damping adjustment, you can fine-tune the suspension to suit your driving style and road conditions. Each setting delivers a noticeable change in feel, allowing for precise control whether you’re driving through the city, cruising on the motorway, or looking for a more performance-focused setup.
Upper Mount
Each vehicle is fitted with a model-specific upper mount, precision-engineered from high-grade A6061-T6 aluminium alloy and finished with an anodised coating for enhanced strength, durability and corrosion resistance.
For most vehicles using MacPherson front suspension, the upper mount also provides adjustable camber. This allows the suspension geometry to be fine-tuned to suit different road conditions, tyre setups and driving requirements. The camber adjustment bolts are neatly recessed within the slide groove, removing the usual limitations created by the top mount’s centre opening and providing a wider, more flexible range of adjustment.
Rubber Pillow Ball Bottom Mounts
Shock absorbers are essential for vehicle stability, comfort and road control. Our patented Rubber Pillow Ball Mount technology combines the adjustability of a pillow ball mount with the vibration-damping benefits of a rubber mount.
Suitable for both air and coil-spring suspension, this innovative design provides precise adjustment while reducing unwanted vibration and harshness, delivering improved performance, comfort and durability.

O-Ring: (Inside the air spring and shock absorber)
Viton is a brand of Fluoroelastomer (FKM) developed by Dupont, notable for its resistance to high temperatures, chemical corrosion, and excellent weathering properties. PIN HSIU Technology utilizes Viton for its in-house manufactured O-rings, which are known for their superior performance and durability. Given their high-quality attributes, they are frequently used in precision industries.

Shock Absorber-Damping Oil
Premium damping oil delivers consistent performance across a wide range of temperatures and demanding driving conditions. Its advanced formulation provides excellent wear resistance and anti-foaming properties while maintaining responsive hydraulic control for smooth, stable and reliable suspension performance.
Shock Absorber-Imported oil seal
We specifically choose high-grade custom-made oil seals from the UK. Our specialized choice involves a professionally designed asymmetrical rod seal, which boasts a precisely trimmed sealing lip. The internal dynamic lip is shorter and more robust; this design considerably enhances sealing capabilities and resistance to permanent deformation, compared to the traditional symmetric U-ring. Using our exclusive oil seal promises a longer lifespan and superior efficiency for the shock absorber.
Shock Absorber-Piston
Crafted from premium-grade materials, our precision-engineered pistons efficiently manage damping forces to deliver consistent shock absorber performance. The result is improved vehicle stability, confident cornering and a smoother, more comfortable ride.
Shock Absorber-Piston Rod Shaft
Precision-ground for an ultra-smooth finish, our piston rod shaft reduces internal friction and improves wear resistance for faster, more responsive damping. Excellent heat dissipation also helps control operating temperatures, supporting consistent performance and extending shock absorber life.
Locking Collar
Allows the shock absorber length to be easily adjusted once loosened, providing greater flexibility for precise vehicle height setup.
Lower Bracket
Engineered specifically for each vehicle, our lower mount designs maintain compatibility with the original suspension layout and factory components. MacPherson applications retain essential factory mounting points, while Double A-arm systems feature an adjustable-angle pillow ball design for precise alignment and movement.

AirREX and Odinsus share many of the features you'd want from a quality air suspension setup, including multi-bellow air springs, adjustable strut length, monotube shock absorbers, vehicle-specific damping settings and vehicle-specific lower brackets. Both ranges are designed to provide adjustable ride height while allowing the suspension to be tailored to the individual vehicle.
